Schedule Appointments
When scheduling an appointment, we advise patients to call ahead of time. Although we have a progressive appointment system, please call at least one day before your desired appointment date.
Patients that have an appointment will be given a courtesy call to remind them of their appointment date. Everyone’s time is important to us, but due to unforeseen circumstances and different complexities of each case, we will not guarantee that you will not wait. We aim to keep wait time under 30 minutes.

First Visit
First time patients should bring their medical insurance card and a government-issued identification. Failure to bring necessary identification will result to rescheduling your appointment.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This is to provide you ample time for registration.
- We also encourage our new patients to fill out the online registration form and bring it with you prior to your visit.
- If you are coming with your children for the first visit, please bring their immunization records. If the appointment is for you, please bring your immunization records and your medication in prescription bottles.
- All about our desire to be of service to everyone, we take all types of insurances EXCEPT AETNA HMO and PUBLIC AID/KIDS CARE.
- We are sorry to inform our patients that our office will no longer accept checks, debit cards and/or credit cards.
- All transactions, i.e. co-pays, are payable in CASH only. Unless prior arrangements are done, payments are due at the time of service.
- Please don’t be offended if we ask for your co-pay before the doctor sees you, this is to insure proper billing.
